Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If something is wrong, here is how returns work at AJ Market.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is eligible (see below).

Eligible for return

Unopened products in original sealed packaging, including all inserts and tags
Defective or damaged items on arrival — contact us within 48 hours with photos
Wrong item shipped — we cover return pickup at no cost

Not eligible for return

Opened or used cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)
Products marked "final sale" or "clearance"
Products damaged by misuse or improper storage
Returns requested after 14 days

Shade Guarantee

If a foundation or concealer shade does not match your skin tone after testing, you may request a one-time exchange within 7 days, even if the product has been lightly swatched. The replacement must be of equal or lesser value; the difference can be applied as store credit.

Eligible products: foundation, concealer, and tinted moisturiser only. Not available on lipsticks, eyeshadows, or bundle orders.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp (+20 150 059 9552) or email support@ajmarketegypt.com with your order number.
Share photos of the product (packaging, item, any defects).
Once approved, we will arrange pickup via Bosta at no cost, or provide a drop-off address.
After we inspect the returned item (2–3 business days), your refund will be processed.

Refunds

Card (Paymob): Refunded to your original card within 5–10 business days.
InstaPay: Refunded to your wallet within 3–5 business days.
Cash on Delivery: Refunded via InstaPay transfer or store credit (your choice).

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective).

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (No. 181/2018). Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot be limited by law.
