  1. Where does AJ Market deliver in Egypt?

    Every governorate: Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, Mansoura, Tanta, Asyut, Luxor, Aswan, the Red Sea, and everywhere in between. Cairo orders ship in 1–2 days; outside Cairo, expect 2–4 days via Bosta.

  2. How much is shipping?

    Cairo + Alexandria 97 EGP, Delta 110 EGP, Upper Egypt + Red Sea 140 EGP. Cash-on-delivery adds 87 EGP. Free shipping on any order over 1500 EGP.

  3. What payment methods do you accept?

    Three options: Cash on Delivery (most popular), credit/debit card via Paymob (secure 3D-Secure checkout), and InstaPay direct transfer. We never store card numbers — Paymob handles the entire payment flow.

  4. Are your products original / authentic?

    Every product is 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized distributors in Egypt. We carry Egyptian-made brands like Rose Berry, Last Look, BBRose, Romantic, Flex, and Rose Gold — local brands you can trust without import worries.

  5. How do I match my shade or skin undertone?

    Use the "Skin undertone" filter on any category page (Warm / Neutral / Cool) to narrow products to your tone. Each variant shows its real shade swatch on the product page so you can compare to your skin before adding to cart.

  6. How can I track my order?

    Every order confirmation email includes a "Track your order" link that takes you to a status timeline + Bosta tracking number. You can also visit ajmarketegypt.com/track and enter your order ID + last 4 phone digits.

  7. What is your return policy?

    You can refuse the package on delivery if there's an issue and we refund the product cost (shipping isn't refundable). For delivered orders, contact us within 48 hours via WhatsApp. Opened cosmetics are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  8. How do I contact support?

    Fastest: WhatsApp via the floating button on every page (we reply within minutes during business hours). For order verification or InstaPay receipts, also email support@ajmarketegypt.com.

  9. Why was my InstaPay order put on hold?

    Every InstaPay receipt is verified manually before we ship — we cross-check the amount and timestamp with our InstaPay wallet. Verification usually happens within 1–4 hours during business hours.

  10. Do you ship internationally?

    No, we ship within Egypt only. We focus on building the best Egyptian beauty experience first — international shipping is on the roadmap but not active yet.
