AJ Market ("we", "us") is an online-only retailer of cosmetics based in the Arab Republic of Egypt. We sell exclusively through ajmarketegypt.com and do not operate a physical storefront.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include any applicable VAT. Shipping fees are calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors before shipment. Product colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen calibration.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. We accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards via Paymob, and InstaPay. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud, abuse, or stock unavailability.

We ship within Egypt via Bosta. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your governorate. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Please refer to our Returns Policy. Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law (No. 181/2018), you have the right to return certain products within the statutory period where the product is defective or does not match the description.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJ Market is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
